Shared Service Centre – ATS Euromaster Ltd
I worked with Debbie for 15 months at ATS Euromaster Ltd. My position as the new Process Owner – Order to Cash was a very wide and varied role, especially after centralizing 8 Regional Businesses and 2 other subsidiary companies, into the new Shared Service Centre.
Debbie was seconded into the Order to Cash department to assist with the many processes, which required re-engineering subsequent to Centralization. Debbie’s success within this area was very evident to the extent that under a temporary restructure, she took control of the whole of the Transactional Processing Section. This also proved to be successful and enabled her to focus on further improvements within a labor intensive area.

ATS centralized its 8 Regional Head offices 24 months ago into a Shared Service Centre, since this time as Process Owner – Accounts Payable I have worked alongside Debbie Fletcher. Debbie was seconded to Accounts Payable to primarily reduce administration backlogs, reduce headcount and implement process improvements for my department. Debbie approached this task with a “my own business mentality” was focused and demonstrated an uncanny knack of understanding the current operational systems shortcomings, and what was required to re-engineer and implement revised working practices.
