Debbie Fletcher – A Profile

My clients benefit from true operational experience as well as consultancy skills, so I am able to relate to and anticipate client needs based on my own experiences in the business world. I am a people orientated expert, and I pride myself on building long term relationships with clients, whilst delivering time critical solutions to complex situations.

I have 25 years business experiences, of these I have spent 5 years in the telecommunications industry, 5 years in water utilities,  and 10 years in years as an independent consultant.   During this time I have gained first hand experience of most of the business problems that companies face on a day to day basis regardless of the size of business – global or local the problems are extremely similar. What’s more, I’ve found solutions and driven real benefits into everyday working life.

I benefit from a wealth of business and commercial experience and my common sense, no nonsense approach to “getting things sorted” offers effective short and long term change solutions in any organization, along with the associated and expected benefits.

My excellent planning and organizational skills, creating a “team” environment wherever I works, achieving great results and having fun too. My leadership style is infectious and I sets clear targets and a framework for others to thrive in. When the going gets tough I will always maintain a clear focus on YOUR business needs.
